Draw the structure above and assign
the material of each part

For Ohm-Sheet you should choose the
material by:
R is
the Resistor that you want to simulate and w, L is shown in the above picture. Consider a good mesh size in this area.
In this the simulation we put a 50-ohm impedance between the 50-ohm microstrip line and the GND
(Ground Plane is made by a boundary condition)

As seen S11 decreased by reducing the frequency. Because in low frequencies the SMD is very small in comparison of wavelength and the SMD component is near to lumped element (ideal element).
